Article 5: User Rights and Obligations

The User agrees to comply with all terms and conditions of the Agreement, as well as all rules stated in the relevant sections of the Site and all applicable laws, when completing the membership procedures, using the services provided by the Site, or carrying out any transactions related to the Site's services. The User declares that they have understood and approved all these terms and rules.
The User agrees that AreonX, in cases where it is required to notify the authorities in compliance with the mandatory provisions of applicable law, may disclose any information stored on the Site or provided by the User to authorized government institutions, bodies, and officials, and that no compensation may be claimed from AreonX in this regard under any circumstances.
The User is responsible for securing and ensuring the confidentiality of the “username” and “password” used to access the Site. They must prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing these details. The User accepts responsibility for any damages suffered by other Users, the Site, and/or third parties resulting from their failure to secure their username and password.
The User may not transfer, sell, or allow a third party to use their account or any rights associated with it under any circumstances. In such cases, AreonX reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate the User’s account. The User's cryptocurrency assets will not be affected by such actions.
The User may only use the Site for lawful purposes and in compliance with legal requirements. They are solely responsible for the legal and criminal consequences of every action and transaction they conduct using the services obtained on the Site. AreonX does not bear any legal, criminal, or administrative liability in this regard. In cases where unlawful activities are detected, AreonX reserves the right to take any necessary legal actions and implement required security measures.
Each User agrees not to engage in any activities within the Site that would infringe upon the rights or assets of other third parties or engage in direct or indirect competition with the Site through their actions or otherwise.
The User consents to AreonX using their personal information provided during registration under this Agreement and in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
The User agrees not to transfer or sell their account to another User or anyone who is not a User under any circumstances (whether in exchange for money or as a gift).
The User acknowledges the risks associated with investing in cryptocurrencies and agrees that they will not hold AreonX liable for any damages or losses resulting from price fluctuations. Profits and losses resulting from price changes are the sole responsibility of the User. The User cannot make any claims against AreonX in the event of a loss or damage.
The User is personally responsible for any legal liabilities and tax obligations related to cryptocurrency use. AreonX cannot be held accountable for any tax obligations arising from the User’s gains or losses.
It is legally required that the User be over 18 years of age, as determined by Turkey’s Central Population Administration System. If AreonX suspects or detects that the User is under 18, it reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User’s account without prior notice.
The User agrees to avoid offensive or disrespectful language and behavior in any communication with AreonX, whether oral or written. Should AreonX face such behavior, it reserves the right to suspend, close the User’s account, or pursue legal action.
The User must promptly fulfill any changes or corrections requested by AreonX. If not fulfilled in a timely manner, any resulting damages, legal, and criminal liabilities are the User’s sole responsibility.
