To enter the arbitrage system we ask for 5 documents. All five are required — you cannot submit while any one of them is missing.
1. Bank account statements for the last 2 weeks → Statements for your own account covering the last two weeks. Your name must be clearly visible.
2. Account statements/screenshots from other crypto platforms → Account summaries or screenshots from the other platforms you use.
3. Transaction receipts for transfers to other crypto platforms → Receipts for the transfers you sent; the TXID must be visible.
4. Explanation or proof of personal wallet transfers (TXID) → An explanation or evidence covering transfers between your own wallets; the TXID must be visible.
5. Signed Arbitrage Declaration Form including your full name → Download the form from the upload screen, sign it, scan it and upload it back.
You upload them from Profile → Preferences → Arbitrage. You can attach more than one file per heading, and add extra documents at the end if you want.
Before uploading you read and accept the Arbitrage Declaration, Commitment and Information Text. That digital acceptance does not replace the signed form — both are required.
In short: all 5 headings are mandatory, and the declaration form must additionally be downloaded and signed.
